Start each day on your home page, where you'll see personalized messages from your coach, daily fitness statistics, and a nutrition overview tailored to your plan. The app seamlessly integrates with Apple Health, automatically tracking your steps and calories burned so you have a complete picture of your daily activity without manual logging. This holistic view helps you understand how your structured workouts fit into your overall fitness journey.

Move to the fitness calendar tab to see your personalized daily workout planner at a glance. When your coach assigns fitness programs, requests weigh-ins, asks you to track nutrition macros, or needs progress photos, everything appears as a clear to-do list. Tap any workout to jump straight into your program without hunting through menus—your coach's assignments are always one tap away.

The Train tab is where you'll spend most of your time executing your fitness plan. Here, you get a complete week-by-week breakdown of your training schedule, showing which days you train, what exercises you'll perform, and detailed previews of each day's program. This structure keeps your training focused and ensures you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

Once you start a workout, navigating is effortless. Swipe left to move through exercises in sequence, maintaining your flow and momentum. Every exercise includes instructional photos and videos so you can verify your form and technique—no guesswork about proper execution. At the bottom of each exercise screen, you'll find a built-in workout timer and intuitive logging fields to record sets, reps, weight lifted, and duration. Logging your performance directly in the app creates a detailed record that your trainer can review, allowing them to see exactly how much effort you're investing in your fitness goals and adjust your program accordingly.
